One inbox, three reasons to write

Every email below goes to the same address: support@minesweeperbattle.com. We sort messages by topic and route them internally so a single contact point is enough. Average response time is under 48 hours on weekdays; allow up to 72 hours for weekends and holidays.

Support & bug reports

Stuck on a bug, hit an error message, or something rendering wrong? Write to support@minesweeperbattle.com with the subject "Bug report" and please include:

  • Browser and version (e.g. Safari 17 on iOS 17, Chrome 128 on Windows).
  • Device type (phone, tablet, desktop) and orientation if relevant.
  • What you did — the steps before the bug appeared.
  • What you expected versus what happened.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can — it shaves hours off the back-and-forth.
  • Your username if you're logged in, so we can check your account state.

For visual bugs, please mention whether you're in light or dark mode — minesweeper colours are theme-sensitive and we want to check the right palette.

Feature requests & feedback

The roadmap is shaped by feedback. If you want a new game mode, a different board size, accessibility improvement, replay mode, custom palette, dark-only-on-the-board option — whatever — please say so. The smaller and more specific the request, the more likely it lands in a release.

Subject line: "Feature request". A few sentences is enough. Telling us why you want it is more useful than telling us exactly how to build it.

Account & privacy requests

For account access, data export, correction or deletion requests write to support@minesweeperbattle.com with the subject "Privacy request". Under GDPR (EEA/UK), California's CCPA, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the complete list of categories we hold.

Lost access to a Google account that's tied to a Minesweeper Battle profile? Email us — we can verify ownership through other signals and migrate your stats to a new login.

Cheating, abuse and trust & safety reports

Suspect a player of botting, scripting, or other forms of cheating? Send a report to support@minesweeperbattle.com with subject "Cheating report" and include the player's username and the room or match where you saw the suspicious behaviour. We review every report against telemetry — clicks per second, board decision patterns, account history — and remove confirmed cheaters from the leaderboard with a token rollback.

Harassment in usernames, abusive chat or impersonation is also covered by the terms of service and should be reported the same way.

Business, press & partnerships

Advertising, sponsorship, integration partnerships, tournament proposals, or media enquiries: support@minesweeperbattle.com with subject "Business". Please include your organisation, role, and a one-paragraph summary of the proposal — that's plenty for a first reply.

Languages

English is the primary support language, but we also read and reply in Vietnamese. For other languages, please write in your own and we'll do our best — we use translation tools when needed and respond in your language when we can.
