1. Acceptance

By accessing Minesweeper Battle (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account

Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt the Service.

4. Virtual currency — no monetary value

  • Tokens earned in the Service are virtual items only.
  • They have no cash value and are not redeemable for money, goods, services, or cryptocurrency.
  • They are not transferable to other users outside the Service’s built-in mechanics.
  • We may modify, suspend, or revoke balances at any time without compensation.
  • The Service does not constitute gambling, wagering, or a financial product.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, automated solvers, or other tools to gain an advantage.
  • Exploit bugs or attack the infrastructure.
  • Harass, impersonate, or interfere with other players.
  • Resell or commercialise the Service or its assets.

6. Intellectual property

All branding, code, design, and content of the Service are owned by the operator. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7. Advertising

The Service may display ads served by Google AdSense or other networks. Ad content is not endorsed by us. Clicks on ads are at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of leaderboards, or persistence of virtual currency balances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
